Demeyere John Pawson casseroles feature an InductoSeal® base with a thick core of copper sealed between 18/10 stainless steel TriplInduc® layers with a magnetic middle layer for excellent performance and quick, even heat distribution on induction and conventional cooking surfaces. Silvinox® finish resists scratches, stains and fingerprints. Easy-pour rim; dishwasher safe. Made in Belgium. The lid is double sided for extra insulation and the handles are easy to grasp.
