The Maletti family has been producing quality Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale) for generations. This excellent six-year old Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from the Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape varietals. This six-year process results in a Balsamic with extraordinary density, aroma, and depth of flavour as well as a clean, delicate finish that belies its age and modest price. Maletti is superb on a wide range of dishes, from fresh strawberries to salad greens topped with Parmigiano Reggiano shavings to most any cooked meat, making it a delicious, cost-friendly accent available to chefs of any ability.
