Aged in oak and chestnut casks, Mas Portell vinegar is made exclusively from wines of the Chardonnay variety from Catalonia, Spain.

This bittersweet tasting vinegar is characterized by a gentle and subtle flavour. It is especially recommended for seafood dishes.

This product is not filtered so that its maximum qualities may be maintained. It may produce a light, natural sediment.
