Each Shun Classic knife has an inner core of their famous VG-10 steel which makes for an exceptionally sharp and smooth blade. Then each blade is clad with 16 layers of stainless Damascus on each side. Moisture resistant 'D' shaped Pakka wood handles provide comfort and control.
